What would you do if.......?

.....It's your son's 4th birthday today. His birthday party will take place at home after school. Family members will be there, etc. When it was almost time for him to go home from school, you decided to pick him up yourself. The usual road was blocked, so you went on an alternative road. The alternative road was very deserted. When you were driving, some freak went towards you so you stopped the car. No one is around except you, and that freak. That freak took a very sharp knife from his pocket. You panicked. You ran out of the car, but he ran faster so he stabbed you in the stomach 3 times, and ran with your possessions and your car. Signal wasn't available in the area. Blood is pouring out of your stomach. You are screaming in pain. What will you do?
