Sent IRS Tax Return...Paper Filed...How Long did it take you to Get Refund?

The estimate that you were given in my experienced is when you are in the height of tax season (i.e late march/April) . Because you paper filed I would expect it to be received within a week, a processing time of a week and a finalization period of also a week. So it can be expected within 3-4 weeks, because we are in the "less busy" time of tax season. Next time you should consider E-file-ing, this greatly increases the quickness of the return of the refund.
