Can anyone recommend an email tool, that will automatically send customers a coupon on their birthday?

My client has the list, I just need to help them find the right tool so we can automatically send these alerts out each month. (we currently use Constant Contact to reach our customers, but they don't offer an automatic functionality like this) Thanks for your help!
