Can i put an automatic transmission on a K20?

I have an Acura Integra GS with a B18B1 Engine automatic and completely stock. I just started getting into car shows and stuff and i really want to make my car FAST! but its automatic and i dont know how to drive manual and everyone tells me that manual transmissions get F'd up and i have to be constantly fixing it. I really dont know what to do at this point but i hear that the K20a JDM engine is the fastest one for my car. Well i would like to know if i can fit it in my integra and keep my air conditioning and automatic transmission.
