Telstra pre-paid credit question?

So I got a new Telstra sim today and I called the activation number and everything and it should be activated in 12 to 24 hours so I can receive and sent messages and all. Anyways, I'm on the Pre-Paid cap option, so when I go to get $30 credit should I be able to just ask for $30 credit straight up or will that just make me have $30 normal credit without the $170 bonus and stuff that the Pre-paid cap has? Sorry if this is kind of confusing I'm just not sure about what to do when I get credit ?!
