Just bought a car, having issues, what do i do?

If it were me, i'd take it back to the dealership and ask to speak with the manager. As is, doesnt mean that if it dies on the street in front of the dealership its not their problem. In my state, missouri, used dealerships, even with as is, have to warranty it up to 3 months or 1k miles. They like to put "as is" on a vehicle, so a buyer assumes they wont fix problems, kinda like the dump trucks that put "not responsible for windshield damage"....They are!
