Get vomit smell out of car?

I just got my first car, I am very happy with it. It's a 2005 is300 for you curious ones. I got a pretty good deal on it, bad thing is has a vomit smell. It is not unbearable, but it's still there. Obviously I don't know exactly where anyone could have vomited so I cant sprinkle baking soda on it. I left an open box of baking soda in the car and a bowl of vinegar in the car last night. I also heard about the coffee, is it ok to just use regular coffee? Or it has to be the beans? Any other tips might help. Remember I don't know where the throw up was...
